Temp loss-1/2 of AC (120v) power

Trying to track down a gremlin and appreciate any thoughts.
Been tied up in same slip for two weeks- no issues with electric.

I split a 50 amp into two 30A at the boat. Last night, one of the two 30A panels stopped having any electric. It was dark so did basic check. Confirmed circuit breakers at panel and pedestal were on. Reversed the two 30A feeds where they connected on outside of boat. This confirmed that both outside feeds were delivering 30A since the good panel stayed good and bad panel stayed bad. So it looks like my fault is between the 30a boat input and the panel.

Suddenly, this morning, both panels are showing a full AC feed again. I realize intermittent electrical faults are difficult to trace but would appreciate any thoughts on even where to begin.

Thanks in advance,
Tom Hanaway

Begin at the back of the feed receptiical that was not working. check to see if the male prongs on the receptical are loose..... . Sounds like a loose wire or maybe the receptacle itself is bad......

Good luck
Greg
