Manta Powercatamarans

I am looking at the Manta 44 Powercat. I cannot find a lot of info on these. It looks like 11 were built and 7 are for sale now. They were built from 2006 to 2007. Any information about these powercats would be helpful.

I have been looking for info as well and coming up short. They look great. Does concern me that 70% of the ones ever made are for sale.

And those have been for sale for a while. I've been looking at them for years.

I think they're awesome boats but they're not typical powercats. I mean they look more like they took the rig off the sailing cats and put on a pilot house. Other manufacturers designed their powercats with full beam master staterooms, like the lagoon 43, I think, and they're obviously different boats. Perhaps that contributes to the lack of popularity and the slow sales on the used market.

I'd love to own one, but they're beyond my budget.
