Ahoy there from Singapore!

Howdy folks!

I was hoping to get some advice on becoming a professional first mate on a yacht. So far what I've found out is that I would require the following...

1. RYA Yachtmaster Offshore
2. RYA Yachtmaster Ocean
3. STCW 95
4 PADI certification

Am I missing anything here? If I could meet up with someone at one of the Marinas here in Singapore would be great. I'll be grateful for any advice a captain or current first mate would be able to offer. :)
