Sailing Into A Volcano !
 

I was reading recently about a crew sailing in the South Pacific who came upon a volcano that was erupting in the middle of the ocean..There were many photos that showed it step by step..What gets me is the curious nature of the folks on board the boat,I feel like I would have been sailing away instead of hanging out to see what happens next but they didnt..Has anyone else seen this ? I would post a link but I dont know how..pardon me if this has already been discussed...

We sailed next to a new island in Tonga. The island was gone in half a year or so.

I think the dangerous ones we can't see 'em and we never hear reports from boats that sailed where a big burst happened.
