Cruisair Carry-On Part

Hi guys!

Anyone know where I can get a replacement fan control switch for a Cruisair Carry-On 5000 ac unit?

The plastic stem on mine sheared off recently. Since the switch was in the off position before breaking, there is no way to turn the unit on.

I've contacted Cruisair, Dometic, and West Marine with no luck. Dometic suggested I contact Sailors Exchange in FL. Waiting to hear back from them, but thought I would check to see if anyone had any other suggestions.

Or better yet, anyone have an older unworking unit and would be willing to part with the on/off switch?

Thanks!!

Needle nose pliers will let you grab the stem. (Remember watching TV as a kid?)

Or, you can take it apart and put in any switch you wish (of sufficient capacity)
