Quick Boiler Element Change

Howdy all.
Has anyone tried to change an element on a Quick Boiler (B3 or similar)? I'm just wondering if there is an elegant solution to emptying the water or do you just have to let it all run into the bilge?
Thanks, Andy

Most people just drain into the bilge and pump it out. If you have a portable pump you can connect it to the drain and open a hot water faucet (to let air in). With a long hoes you can pump it over the side.
