[QUOTE][Since you confirmed your true colors by bringing Obamacare into the debate

Aren't you just full of yourself! If it is so bad maybe you should exercise your freedum and leave.

Excuse me for the digression from the topic.

Maybe you should learn to spell, and compose a intelligent sentence, if possible.
He dragged socialism into his unfounded claim, not me.

Maybe you should exercise your reading skills, and get caught up on the
debate before you offer a nasty opinion...
And I will continue to exercise my freedom of speech. But thanks for the rude offer.

Maybe you should exercise yours. I didn't make the claim you mention in any way, shape, or form.

Misspelling was intentional. The poster brought up what you deemed 'socialism' in another thread. Your post in this thread was rude and offensive and your surprised somebody took offense and responded in kind? This is an exercise in intellectual midgitry.

LGS3, your post appears to misquote me. The quote should be attributed to Andrew B.

Sorry about the way that came out. Cut and paste error.

The most important aspect of this whole cautionary tale from the RH blog:

It has been handy to have a bag of frozen peas this week as Eric recovers from his vasectomy, but other than that, meh?
Neutered. Ouch. Remind me to go down with the ship. Heh-heh.

Yes, because it's the KIDS who you should consult about risk.

But I think you bring up a good point. For teens, I'd expect the risks to be less on a cruising boat.

Not because they're on a boat, but because they're being supervised.

Is that meant to be tongue in cheek?

It's called sarcasm. Teens have a documented higher tolerance for risk.

Just checking.

Re: Call for Help/ This American Life (Merged)

Example:

Husband: "Honey, should I drive the four wheeler over the cliff?"
Wife: "Let's ask the kids."

Kids: "YES!"

If everyone drives their four wheeler off the cliff, does that mean you should too? See Lemming migrations.

This thread is staggering into the realms of personal attacks and stubborn opinions at the speed of a startled slug. So we are putting it out of it's misery. The thread is now closed.
