Day Sailing in Southern Italy/Sicily

My wife and I are planning a 12-day trip to Italy in late June. We will be driving from Rome and taking the ferry to Sicily, where we plan to spend most of our time. We would like to do some sailing while we are there, but don't necessarily want a week-long charter. We have our ASA 101, 103, and 104 certifications, own a Hunter 380 and have sailed in the Abacos, so we are experienced enough to bareboat. Does anyone know of a sailing center that will do one-day bareboat charters or overnight?

Thanks,
David and Alysia

You should try this link and ask to them if they do "one day charter boat".
