Testing the waters on a possible boat trade.

I am pondering a possible boat trade. We are a three person family looking to head out cruising in a year or two. We currently have a Hunter 33 Cherubini. We would like to go a size up in boat to the Hunter 37 Cherubini for the additional space, sail plan and tankage. I figure the possibility of a trade is a long shot, but it never hurts to ask. If anyone might be interested pm me. Obviously details could be ironed out. Our boat is currently in TN on Pickwick lake on the Tombigbee waterway.

There was never a production boat built any better than a c hunter. You should have no problem tradind up to a 40 beneteau, but why would you want to trade down.I understand why you would want to stay with a C Hunter.

I agree I love the way the boat handles herself. I never feel overwhelmed single handing her. The main reasons why I want to step up to the 37 is for the water tank and the quarter berth is a confined space. That way our son can have his own personal space.
