CONDITIONS

I'm wanting to go sailing soon. My boat is docked on the middle river in md. Does anyone know the condition of this river? Am I going to be iced in?

I'm not on the Middle River, but I'm on Mill Creek off Whitehall Bay on the north side of the Severn River mouth about 20 miles south of you.

We're frozen over, bank to bank. The watermen coming into Cantler's crab house have been keeping a path open with their workboats, but barely.
