    Hi! I saw your post. I would be willing to pay slip fees on your boat in Alamitos Bay. I wonder if you might even let me use it as a fun, temporary rental unit for a bit. Is it live-on friendly? If not as a living rental, how much would you want just to be your sailing friend? I am a keel boat skipper and learned to sail at CSULB's boats in Alamitos Bay and at Leeway Sailing Center.
