- Not much to say really. Pretty boring bloke actually, just like to dream about the boat I will own one day, you know, living in a land locked country an' all...
I travel a lot for my work, about 7 months out of 12, so sailing is pretty dismal at the moment. Will be making some life changes in the not too distant future, given that my age/capabilites and my aspirations are somewhat at odds with each other.

Well, it seems that I am now the owner of a yacht, much to the surprise of many, including me ;-) She is an old girl from the 80's, but has been there and done it...twice!
So, now the second phase of my journey begins, and this is to get to know her, talk to her nicely, get acquainted with her character...and oh yes, actually live on her :-)
Update March 2018
Too much to say other than have been looking after aged parents for 1.5yrs and now going back on board to live. There is much to do, and I am overwhelmed with the list of things that need to be done. Have just got the refrigeration sorted, and now working on the aircon installed.
