I am just starting to learn to sail. I went through some extreme life changing events, and now have a desire to liveaboard and circumnavigate. Eventually, I would like to have a liveaboard family, and really interested in meeting others who either have the same dream or who have advice on this.
I am currently in the process of selling off all my belongings so I am free to sail.
Also interested in social entrepreneurship, and looking at potential graduate programs for that including brick & mortar versus online options that would allow me to travel.
My dream boat would be a steel hull with a bathtub & washer/dryer... which as of yet I have not found within my price range! LOL In lieu of that, I am liking some of the Morgan & Kristen models that at least have bathtubs. Originally, I wanted a pilothouse, but I think one of my sailor friends might have talked me out of that due to dangers with glass breaking. If anyone knows of any boat models that either do have all these specifications or could fit these specifications - please contact me so I can add them to my list of potential boats!
