- My wife and I are travelling the world together overland and by sea. The Andaman Sea is a tricky one to traverse, with borders in Myanmar closed. However, we will be taking the ferry to Port Blair on the Andaman Islands from Chennai on the Indian mainland at the start of February, and after some time spent on the islands hope to secure a lift on a boat to Thailand, where we will resume our trip. I am experienced crew and have sailed the Penzance to Scilly and Back race serveral times and have been on a couple of Mediterranean charters. I'm also a keen dingy sailor. My wife has joined me and my dad on a number of sailing trips, and is an experienced secondary school teacher should tutoring be required. We both cook, and we both are conscientious hard workers who will get stuck in with any task that needs doing. We are not looking for a paid opportunity, however wherever reasonable are perfectly happy to contribute to the kitty for food etc. Here's hoping you can help with our adventure!!
