I saw your post about looking for a boat in Florida. I have a 1972 C&C 27 w/trailer in St. Petersburg I'm looking to sell for cheap- 2k for the boat only or 4k for the boat with the trailer. It meets all of your requirements except that it has an Atomic 4 engine and not an outboard, and I wouldn't quite call it turn-key. It theoretically has everything you need to sail now, but there's a small soft spot on the aft end of the cockpit sole and a DC current leak that should be addressed, which caused a bit of damage to the prop shaft. The prop shaft strut also needs to be re-bedded or replaced, and it could use plenty of upgrades throughout but is very solid otherwise. It has a nice clean interior with brand new cushions, good sails, solid deck/hull, etc. Let me know if you'd like some pictures or more information.
