since I'm on the left coast, I'm not much help. Anything I could come across would more than likely be around the SF Bay area, maybe even up the coast a ways toward Fort Bragg. Sorry

I don't know of anyone personally, did you think of staying permanently while the boat is unoccupied? Like renting without the money kinda thing? I'll look around and let you know if I hear of anyone.
