She’s got a few “issues” shall we say that weren’t highlighted in the original advertisement. During the Covid 19 lockdown the situation was different to normal buying. We put in an offer which was accepted, then found a few deck leaks, sails that need replacing & other issues that either were missed off in the ad, or misrepresented. Fortunately I spotted these prior to the survey taking place, so we’re only out of time, not money. Frustrating though - a waste of time!
