    Hello,
    Well as we get older I think having smaller sails to deal with will be a plus. Speed is not our main concern, comfort and safety is, so having sail options works for us. It also has a very livable interior with a fab engine room. Someday we want to install an electric motor and will need that room for batteries. Center cockpit cause we like it and it will be drier.
    Not a bad looking boat too, and since they have lasted a good 40 years, thinking another 15 years is possible. Oh and affordable. Since I had to go overseas to get spine surgery our boat budget shrank. A lot. If you bought that Mistress on the East Coast, congrats, you moved faster than us! Please keep us in mind if you see another one in decent condition around! Shay and Yona

    No I didn't get the one in Florida, though I am negotiating on the overpriced one in Texas.
    However I do know who did buy it. And he is well pleased.
