Good afternoon. I am interested in your offer of Crewing in the BVI in March. I have been sailing since a teen on lasers and sunfish. In my 30's I was certified at the Navy Sailing center Pt Loma with NABSLA up to 30'. I moved to PA for 5 years 2009-2015 so I didn't sail much. Since moving to Virginia Beach in 2015, I have been taking classes with the local power squadron and have finished through Advanced Piloting and started Junior Nav but the death of my father in 2019 halted that. I also have been sailing with the local wed night sailing races from little creek as deck hand for the past two summers. personally, I own a 21' bow rider that I take out on the weekends with the kids and we play; however, as my youngest is now 17 and the only one left at home, i am looking to sell that and but a 36-42 ft sailboat and possibly move aboard one day. Eventually I dream of sailing away and cruising the caribbean and then into the Med.
