I noticed you were in Port Townsend. I thought I would introduce myself and see if it might be possible for you too help me out or introduce me to somebody in the area that could.

I am relatively new to sailing started about 4 years ago. I have since purchased a 1968 Swan 36 that is in the Chesapeake Bay. I am preparing it to do an Atlantic Crossing next spring. I have gained quite a bit of sailing experience including 3 off shore passages.

I live in Halfway, Oregon on the Idaho border and have a small plane I travel over to visit family members often in the area.

My problem is that I sail a lot when I'm living on my boat but get no sailing at all when I'm home.

So to close you looked like somebody who might be willing to help since you are on CF, I look for somebody I might sail with. I'm willing to pay expenses and help all I can. Hope this is not too much of an imposition.

For what? Are you replying to my headliner post? Its a done deal...its going to look like the photo i posted...white vinyl...teak look trim to match the rest of the boat.....tomorrow....and then i'll be done with it....ive been waiting a month already because my upholsterer will only buy the best he said...and its been on backorder
