Thanks for the advice.Accessing second hand 450 Cats from South Afica is a mission they are all a long way and mainly Caribbean or Europe and prices seem very strong all though it is hard to calculate all the extras to quantify value.I am leaning towards new and may have to hold back a little as my currency is UK pounds which are so weak with Brexit.Trump does not seem to have impacted the green back and the Euro remains strong despite all the problems in Europe.Regards Nick
