12-04-2022 13:56PeterV13Dany, hi, I've been sailing as a skipper on and off for nearly 60 years. Virtually all of that has been without modern tech. UK South Coast/Brittant/Agean/Wester & Eastern Med) I'm based in UK. I am 77 yrs, so you may find me too old to help. However, I am happy to join/crew/stand watch/helm if you need an extra hand. I can navigate. I qualified RYA offshore 57 years ago. I have also held a DTI skippers ticket as a Police Boat (Thames) Captain. I would want on board: Reeds; any other necessary pilot; chart(s); compass. I have portable VHF. I'm familiar with Britany and the Channel. I am not familiar with the Netherlands, but that should not be an issue with the right kit. If you do not find a younger/fitter skipper, I can cope. I would only seek travel costs (Condor to St Malo/rail back home.). Best wishes, Peter Vernon +44 7786 105 777

06-04-2022 07:56George DuBoseHi Danny, my email address is boss(at)george-dubose(dot)com my phone number is +491604811234 I have time for this trip in September. Keep me posted about your progress. I do have a handheld GPS and a GPS with relevant charts would be the most important tool to have. One also needs a VHF to contact Maasmund for permission to cross the shipping channel there.
I am taking my boat to Barcelona for a year in June, but will be commuting from Cologne to the boat.
