You couldnt be more correct about J Sands, I found out he lost his accreditation with NAMS and SAMS and even ABYC, they wont allow him back in either. He copies and pastes surveys, screwed 2 friends of mine on their surveys, His surveys would cost owners their policies if the insurance companies found out he wasnt accredited, and yet he keeps taking peoples money. I hear he is now working as a Broker for the Catamaran Company. Probably scamming their customers too somehow.
