George, I am the person thinking about moving my Iroquois 30' catamaran to Belle Hatchee marina. I live in Ohio and am looking for someone to do some work on the boat while I am in Ohio. I should get your email address so I can send attachments of the work I am thinking about having done. Currently I am trying to choose between Riverside Marina on the east coast and Belle Hatchee Marina. Belle Hatchee is the cheaper place to keep the boat if I can find people to work on it there. Riverside Marina is more expensive but it is right next to the ocean and Gulf Stream for great trips and I feel more confident about finding a dependable work force there.
