Dear Bikesherpa. I have read your comments regarding purchasing a boat in Italy. which is what we are trying to do. If you can be kind enough to let me know regarding surveyor in Italy. Is the surveyor to do only with the technical part of the matter or is also represents us for other legal matters such as registration transfer etc.

What will be your advise for us , will very much appreciate your answer.

The two boats we found are one in Tuscan and one in Naples.

we are a bit concerned for purchaing a boat from Napes especially on the legal matter of the process.
