Hello; Would like to read your blog but cannot seem to be able to find it.
I also have a Morgan OI 33 in Tampa/St. Pete and could get some more ideas to improve her from your blog. Thank you, Slowpoker.

Hi there. We have been living aboard a 78 Morgan OI 33 for about 10 years cruising eastern and western carribean. We are now in Miami. I ran across something that mentioned you added more ballast to the boat based on Charlie Morgans recommendations. Would you be able to provide any details? I am intested in how it improved the boats sailing abilities and technically how it was done. Thanks in advance

That's very kind. Love to meet up. We're planning to be in Lake Ontario by late August or September (plans are loose).

Mimico looks great, but we can't afford the cost since we're only planning to be there for one winter. We're heading out the St. Lawrence the next year, so it's just a one-winter stop over. Given that it looks like Port Credit Harbour Marina might be our best option, unless we go further east.

Many thanks for the tip. Did you actually do the winter liveaboard in Port Credit? Love to know where else we should consider.

    Hi,
I'm a fellow 33 O/I owner. Me and wife have been living aboard and cruising in Magic for 4 yrs now. We have been doing a travelling canvas business up and down the US east coast with the seasons. Interesting enclosure. We stopped ours at the traveler. From there the rear curtain angles back to just above seat cushions at transom. Would like to compare notes On our refits. Did you fabricate galley storage? We had water damage in starboard area around quarterberth and locker/nav area. Did some major structural/layout changes. Did away with quarterberth. Added bulkhead across boat dividing galley and salon. Added bulkhead across area where quarterberth. Then built storage area from bulkhead to bulkhead. Storage has counterspace above with cabinets behind counter. Has worked well for us. The counterspace was badly needed. Don't mean to ramble. Like your website.

Good morning, From a posting you made in the past it sounded as though you had an EchoPilot, forward looking sonar. If this is the case would you mind telling me about it, I've just obtained a second hand unit and have questions since no paper work came with it.

Great website! I like your new updates and great deal on the cabin heater. Remember if you are in Lunenburg/Lahave Nova Scotia this summer to look us up. Christina and I would love to have you and Karin over for drinks.
