    You might want to check out SanDiegoCaptains.com. I've done many trips with these brothers and they are the best I've ever run into. Thousands of sea miles for these two. They charge $6 per mile + expenses (flights, rental car, food, fuel, etc.). They will deliver anything anywhere. They are pretty busy, so I would contact them soon. They will give you a quote on all this.
