We have lived two consecutive summers out of doors camping. This last autumn, we decided to build an earthship. This is a self-sustainable house made of 85-90% sustainable materials. We completed this house just after Christmas! If you are interested in photos, I can definitely direct you to some!

Our new project is a not-for-profit website that aims to give people the encouragement to build their own sustainable house. It is going to be a database in which folks who are interested in building can begin their project and have access to a plethora of volunteer help. It is called ThePOOSH.org and will be launched in the next couple weeks!

Our business partners are currently in the UK. Our goal is to sail across the Atlantic to meet them this summer in order to do word of mouth promotion for ThePOOSH!

Hello Ann! Sorry for the delay in response -- I hope you are still looking for crew!

I'm not sure what you know already, but here is a bit about ourselves!

We are three 25 year old males currently living in Oregon, working menial day jobs and dreaming about adventure overseas. We plan on quitting these jobs at the end of April and driving across the country, stopping in Indiana to see our parents and family (we are all from Goshen, Indiana!) and end up somewhere along the East coast to get on a crew to Europe.

We are extremely competent, quick learners, great cooks, strong, intelligent, happy, enjoy smiling and laughing -- everything you'd need in a crew!
