Hi Doug, Thanks for reaching out. There were a few Coopers in the Seattle and Vancouver B.C. area, but it does seem like they are few and far between, especially compared to the Bene's and the Hanse's.

There are a few nits, (like in inaccessible tanks which I see you've dealt with) but overall really great boats. Taken mine across the Pacific twice now, and she does much better in open water than she ever did in Puget Sound.

Saw your post on companionway steps and noticed your boat. I own S/V Folie a Deux, a Cooper 416. I'm in the northeast US, and since we bought her in '89 have only seen one other Cooper (a 35', I believe). In any event, since they're comparatively rare I just wanted to say hi.
