Hi Frank,
Thanks for the email. Let me give you an overview of what I have in mind.
1. Keep my 3 boats maintained and in good shape for our 9 month season. Though this is a light load, there are still a dozen problems on each list from last season. Also, the school is growing nicely and I will be adding another boat.
2. Speaking of another boat, my thoughts were to restore a fourth boat with the extra time, which could also provide a place for my mechanic to live if needed.
