thanks for the reply. you make the money on the advertising, just like zillow does. you could also have a small charge for completion of sale, though I am not sure how to monitor it.

You are correct about trying to find the history of the boat. But having the history is what allowed cars.com etc. to be able to sell used cars online. Without that history, I couldn't see people forking over 20k for a used car.

Just thinking that YW is so limited it because it has no competition.
