I would like to stay in touch with you about the yacht partnership in the Med. I currently have a 30 foot junk rigged sailboat that my wife and I are sailing down the east coast, headed for the Caribbean. We previously sailed for 30 years near Seattle and points N all the way to Alaska and S to Mexico and Hawaii. Several years ago we chartered a boat for 3 weeks in Greece and really enjoyed it. I would like to go back, but my wife is not interested in ocean passages. So your charter partnership sounds interesting. How are you intending to handle the purchase price? The annual costs seem reasonable, if indeed it works out to be that low. But the kind of boat you are talking about with have a substantial purchase price that I might find unattractive.
