Found this courtesy of Sand Crab ( who I still owe a beer) in the cheap multihulls thread. Made a 24 hour whirwind trip, spent 20 min on the boat before making an offer.

engine bar after the engine and saildrive were out, took several powerwashing, vaccum, scrubbing, do it over again

this is the real reason we got the boat cheap - leaking windows resulting in rotten balsa core - we have started ripping it apart now

wall covering falling off the head walls

could not separate the engine from the saildrive so we took it out as an assembly - notice the extension to the boom

it had 2 1x6 boards so as not to fall thru the floor

don't think the old reefer sys will work
