Hey Jay,
I started to update the Cheoy Lee and business just got in the way. The restaurant took off and I was working all the time. She is a 2000 Leopard 38 Owners Version. I have looked at a lot of boats in the past 6 months and she is the cream of the crop. My wife and I decided since we were going to be cruising and living aboard a Cat. was more practical. I will be fishing and diving a lot and need the space. Survey is a week from Monday. Price is agreed on and I am sure survey will be no issue as the seller is a master marine tech. Hope all is well with you. My wife and I are going to Brazil for 4 months and if survey is a go we will be on board around February 1. I'll keep you posted.

Hey Jay,
Sorry I was so busy the last 5 years running my new/old restaurant. I wasn't on the forum at all. I sold the Cheoy Lee.... I should not have bought the boat, was not really ready financially. I have sold my restaurant and now negotiating to buy a Cat. If you respond I will share more.

Excelente Phisher. You got a good gig going. Keep it up. It is said that some live vicariously thru others LOL. No change on the wife......yet. But I refuse to give up. Post some pics of el yachte por favor.

Hey Jay,
She is out of the water getting the bottom done. I will be moving her to Green Cove Springs Marina in October. The marina has a DIY yard that you can live aboard while working on your boat. They are half the price of any DIY yards in the Tampa area. My plan is to continue to upgrade her for tenative departure 10/13. Hope you are well and how goes it with the wife. Brian
