This is single Kauri tree boat built in NZ.
I sailed with the skipper/owner from Galle, Sri Lanka to Cochin in India back in the 1980's

This boat was built in the Netherlands in 1936. It took me 3 years to restore it. Previous owners had made a mess of it. Caravan windows in the hull and the beautiful teak interior partially ruined by a caravan kitchen! And it had wings to walk on to get to the front deck.
