Interesting. Where did you get it done?

I did not have my boat painted at Baja Naval. I was going to, but when I got there, the quote doubled and was more expensive than the same quote I received at a San Francisco area yard. However, BN has a good reputation for quality work - just depends on how badly they want the work I suppose.

I am planning on getting my boat painted at Baja Naval in the spring. Any info, or tips from your experience? More specifically, how were you treated on Hull prep (sanding/fairing)?
