There's a guy in New York called Eric who's looking for a boat like Deborah Lee. I just emailed him the link to Cruiser's Forum and hopefully he'll be in touch. He told me he's expecting to pay $20,000 for the right boat.
He lives on very shallow waterfront and wants a sailboat he can use. It might be perfect for you.
