Thanks. We're in Hampton, VA; made the 90 mile run down here from Solomon's on Tuesday before that latest arctic blast. Planning to start heading down ICW Saturday 1/20 and will plan on doing A&C route to avoid ice and duckweed.

If you have internet go to night thread "dismal swamp in winter" someone's shared some photos of the swamp canal and the A&C. canal as well. The A&C route is now open but it looks like the swamp will need a few days. For our own part we are looking to leave before the end of the month. Everything is clear down here but the winds from two days ago have affected the water levels in the creek.
