I’ve seen in the forum that you apparently have a Lowrance radar connected to the OpenCPN... i am planning to do so too (although maybe with Simrad or B&G). My question is: how simple/complicated is it to connect the radar to the computer (i will use a Mac, but could also go for Windows)?
Plus: do you have it in overlay-mode? If so, how do you "stabilize" the heading of the radar? Do you have a bearing sensor or GPS - and how is it connected to the setup?
