Good luck with your Mac 22. I have an 1980 that is sitting in storage. Overpaid a grand for the boat with no motor and no sails. The trailer barely got the boat home. Not sure what I'm going to do with it. Probably give it to charity. You will enjoy sailing the boat and the cabin with head allows for overnight trips. The light weight make them easy to tow with a car and Macs do amazingly well in weather once you learn crabbing techniques to lessen the wave pounding. Have fun!
