I was wondering if you ordered your 52? We've had ours now for about seven months and we are loving it. We have been occasionally using a captain for when we make deliveries but generally we're sailing her short-handed. With two it's doable but you have to generally have help at the dock because the freeboard makes it difficult to jump off in many places. We are in Fort Lauderdale now and we sailed to Nassau and Harbor Island over the holidays. This month, we are adding Wifi & cell boosters, and satellite internet / phone. We're also adding a rub rail to the hulls for when we're in marinas with pilings. We are also evaluating whether we should replace our davits with a lift platform so we can have heavier dinghy and better platform for the kids to swim from. Anyway, I'm curious to find our what you've done.

Your boat is the most beautiful Lagoon 52 I have seen yet. The blue hull looks georgeous¡¡¡ Do you have more pictures to share?
Another question, are you planning to hire crew for your boat? Will you sail it shorthanded? I am planning to order my 52 within the next 4 months, and the size of the boat is a bit overwhelming to be sailed shorthanded. 'd like to hear your opinion just before I make my final decision.
