The mechanic who did the sleeve work came down with cancer and somehow lost the transmission, heat exchanger and exhaust manifold (don't ask me how, still trying to figure that out). It had a hydraulic powered starter motor at one time. Never an electric starter.
That is why I decided to go in another direction regarding powering by new build steel sailboat.
