Hi, noticed a post from you stating you sail mostly in the LI sound and Hudson. I just purchased 1972 Pearson 30' located on the Thames in New London CT and will be sailing her down thru the sound, NYC onto my port in Southern NJ near Ocean city. Can you tell me anything to avoid and perhaps some good quiet spots for overnight moorings?
