This is Andrea Soles writing to you.
I find you up-coming trip very exciting and thought I'd introduce myself to you.
I have been a ski, sail and yoga nomad for the past years.
When I am not sailing I live at at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort in Golden.
I am a 50 year old, fit and athletic Yoga & Pilates instructor as well as massage therapist, flexible with my time and independent. I am a sailing novice; my experience is in the Med and have crewed in Ionian Regatta. No ocean sailing so far. No certificates but I am a keen learner and quite adaptable.
