I'm awaiting doc. renewal which I mailed in 12/27. To the best of my knowledge nothing is being processed until the shutdown ends. A reply to my recent post indicated that commercial docs. expiring during shutdown will not incur penalties - my hope is recreational docs. will be similarly treated.
