I saw an old post where you stated one of the clearing houses in USVI/BVI was "shady".

I am moving from a bareboat to a crewed boat and would like your recommendation in USVI(STT) of who would be last on your list and perhaps who you would recommend. I am looking at 46-52 ft crewed charter boat for this round.
