    Hi Mickey-
Yes, Burnsville, MN. I have had some fun interactions online/email with others who have had the Luger experience. I was once told that they complied with MOR race rules of their day. I got the boat with Lake Pepin (Mississippi River pool between MN and WI) in mind as a trailer sailor, but I was also hoping to do some coastal Great lakes stuff with this boat as I am originally from the west coast of Lake Michigan. Thanks for joining in on the rebuild thread!

Spot- I forgot say to that my Luger experience occurred in 1974. I have had numerous sailboats than, and 47 years of experience. Reading your thread takes me back a lot of years.
You probably knew that Luger boats were built in Minnesota: Burnsville, Bearsville something like that. They are light boats for my planned use ( thought I could sail Texas to New Orleans in a weekend....ha....HA!) but I have no doubt they would be great for trailer sailing on Minnesota lakes. Lake Superior could be another matter.
