Visiting Montenegro with our dog.

Hi.
Does anyone have experience of traveling from non eu to eu countries with a dog please?

We are uk citizens and heading to Montenegro (rabies free as best as I can tell) to do our 90 days out of the EU with our dog Arthur who has an eu passport. We'll be leaving the boat either there or Italy and returning to the UK by road in November. He will be up to date on his rabies jabs and had a successful titer test in 2019. Other than worming and health check do we need to do anything else? Thank you.

Don't get me started... 😖 Though to be fair, getting him between the uk and eu on his spanish passport is actually no harder. My other half is just concerned that a Montenegro stamp on his/our passports will be an issue and I'm hoping to reassure her!

i don't think there's any issue traveling with your dog
