Re: Regulations Travelling in EU with Pet Passport Question

Rabies is the main thing. Pet passport and the coin. The coin states name of dog and serialno vaccin.
We traveled 4-6 times a year up and down from NL to France - never had a problem.

That's only because you were coming from Sweden. As mentioned, within the rest of the EU only the rabies vaccine is required. But coming from Sweden into Norway, they require the Echinococcus vaccine. The person that had inquired was, as I recall, in France.

Re: Regulations Travelling in EU with Pet Passport Question

Might be correct, I did not check all of europe , but my planned tour from sweden-denmark-germany-england-netherlands-belgium-france-portugal-spain demands rabies vaccine , + Echinococcus and Leptospirosis on the way back.

Anyway , the countries wich don't demand Echinococcus treatment is where you really should get it. It's no big deal for dogs , but potentially deadly for humans.
