Potential two month house/boat swap

My family are interested in a house/boat swap. We have two daughters of 11 and 14 and have been land based since 2012. Our last trip was cruising the leeward and windward islands for six months. We are a very experienced sailing family, pre-children we owned our own cruising boat, covering 8,000 nautical miles.
We are looking to do a house/boat swap in July-August 2018, any location considered. We have a lovely four bedroom countryside house in the stunning Cotswolds area of the UK, a perfect central location for exploring.
